16:00 GMT (18:00 Danish time): Free Practice

18.00 GMT (20:00 Danish time): Lone Qualifyer, 3 laps.
After that: RACE 90 minutes, rolling start.
Unlimited Tows. 60 possible racers on the grid. NO Password.

No NEED for signing up, but we'll appreciate participants to confirm in this thread, with iracing name, and which car.

Ohh bummer, this is a race that I would really wish I was able to make - but seeing how I am busy with writing my exam report and at the same time and quite simply just isn't at home, I will have to pass... But I really miss racing...! :085:

I have tried all tree cars on Spa. Falcon is still too difficult for me to drive, and I know I will be passed a lot of time in that car. The risk that I take other driver with me in an accident, result in, that I chose Corvette or Riley.

Looking forward to it too... Will also have to learn the Riley. After a few laps in all three cars, it seems like that car is most "stable".

It seemed easy to get under 2:20 - but hard to find the next seconds one buy one .... and tires will be an issue to me - even on this track. At some point I lost about 50% on right front, in 5 - 6 laps :103: :003:

I think I'll have to set the server up as "one class per car". We saw that the Falcons probably will have their own race, whille the Rileys and Vettes will be so close, that it's up to their drivers :002:


Never tried the rolling start before.. Can someone plz explain exactly how it's done ?

You roll a slow lap behind the safetycar, in two rows. When You get close to the startline, the safetycar turns away, and some acceleration starts - but keep Your position untill the green lights go on, or You will have a stop and go penalty.
Check out if the car besides You, is in front or behind You in the official starting order.

Sometimes the grid ends up in one row, even before the start - and I like that - but its up to the drivers around You. But there's no reasons for hazardous fights in the first turns and on the first lap, on cold tires and with lots of traffic ... If You're faster than others, You'll have a good chance to catch them, in a 1½ hours race :023:

Thanks to all for a great race. A lot of people on the servers, allthough still only 16 showed up on the grid .... I think some Falcon-drivers felt a little alone, - they we're not on, at the same time.

My race was not old, before I suffered from gearshift-problems .... Could'nt shift up, sometimes. After the pitstop it went much worse, - and I pitted again, - hoping for repair - ha ha !! :003: - But after again, - going down the "Kemmel" straight in 2.nd - I found it was time to stop ....

After the race I tried other cars in other sessions, - and the same sh*t :085:
Think my G25 paddle-button have had its best days - after 4½ years ....

Did anyone save a replay, - they can post me ?

Thank for some nice racing :) had a great run until 32/33 laps where i spun, then tried to turn the car on the grass but hit an invisible bump/wall and destroyed suspension :( Anyways, had fun!

It's been a while since I posted here. Have had a lot of things on my plate in the last couple of weeks and in turn iRacing has had to take a back seat :(

Anyway, got my rig setup after moving house and by chance I saw the fun race setup for today. It's great to be back:) Thanks for the host, Michael!

Strange :103: :103: :103: - Just tested the Riley DP for ½ hour on Watkins Glen now, and not a single problem in shifting gears.....:003: Glad it's not my G25, - but then it must be some iracing-bug :018:
In fact - I've heard about the problem before, from other drivers :085:
